Overview

Kracey connects Claude to your own training data so you can ask about it in plain language. It is read-only and never changes anything in your accounts. What you can ask about - Your sessions: recent workouts with sport, duration, distance and load, and the full detail of any single session. - Your progress: weekly volume, sport split and trends, and your training load over time. - Your heart rate zones, calculated by five methods side by side. - Your pace curve and best efforts. - Your race predictions for running distances and HYROX. - Your saved HYROX results, split by split against the same race and division, and how one of your races compares with another. - Your heart rate, zones, training load and recovery (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate), only if you choose to share them when you connect. - Your current plan, if you train with a Kracey coach plan. Calculators that work before you connect any data - Predict a HYROX finish from a running pace or a recent race, with every lap in race order. - Plan your HYROX pacing: enter a goal time and get the run pace and station budget it needs. - Predict your times at other distances from one race result. - Find upcoming HYROX and running races by region and date. How it works Sign in with your Kracey account. Your session data comes in through intervals.icu, so anything you sync there is available. Kracey only shows your own data, and no tool looks up another person. Times are given in seconds with a formatted copy alongside, and dates are your local dates. Built by a HYROX athlete for athletes who coach themselves and want answers from their own numbers.

Tools

compare_hyrox_races

ChatGPT
Sets one of the athlete's saved HYROX races against another and shows where the time moved: running and each station, in seconds, with the change in finish time. Uses the race numbers from get_hyrox_results. By default the most recent against the one before it.

find_races

ChatGPT
Searches Kracey's race directory for upcoming HYROX and other hybrid fitness races by brand, country and date, with the venue type, the divisions, where to register, and the altitude and typical temperature for the race month. Needs no training data.

get_fitness

ChatGPT
The athlete's training load model from intervals.icu: fitness (CTL), fatigue (ATL), form (TSB), how fitness changed over four weeks, the ratio of recent to longer-term load, the weekly ramp rate, and VO2max with the date it was measured. Only available when the athlete chose to share heart and recovery data.

get_hyrox_results

ChatGPT
The athlete's own HYROX races saved in Kracey, newest first: finish time, the eight run splits, the eight station splits, Roxzone time, and how much the last four runs slowed against the first four. race is the position in this list and is what compare_hyrox_races takes.

get_pace_curve

ChatGPT
The athlete's best running time at each standard distance over the last year, from 400 m to the marathon, taken from their own recorded runs. A distance they have not covered in one effort is left out.

get_progress

ChatGPT
How much the athlete has trained and how it is changing: weekly minutes, distance and session count for the last 12 weeks, the split by sport, and the last seven days against the athlete's recent weekly rate. Training load, minutes per heart rate zone, the easy share and polarization are included only when the athlete shared heart and recovery data, and are null otherwise.

get_race_predictions

ChatGPT
Predicted 5K, 10K and half marathon times from the athlete's own best recent running effort, and the HYROX finish time that running fitness points to in Open and Pro, with the split between running, stations and Roxzone.

get_recovery

ChatGPT
The athlete's recovery readings: last night's sleep and the seven-day average, HRV and resting heart rate with how far each sits from the athlete's own usual range over the last 30 days, and nightly sleep for the last two weeks. Only available when the athlete chose to share heart and recovery data.

get_session

ChatGPT
One recorded session in full: its summary, minutes in each pace zone, and each lap or interval with its time, distance and pace. Heart rate (per lap and minutes in each zone) and the athlete's effort ratings are included only when the athlete shared heart and recovery data, and are null otherwise. Takes a session_id from list_sessions.

get_status

ChatGPT
What this Kracey connection can see for the signed-in athlete: whether training data is connected, which devices it comes from, whether they have a coach plan, and which kinds of data were shared. Call it first when unsure what is available.

get_zones

ChatGPT
The athlete's running heart rate zones worked out several ways side by side (threshold, percent of max, heart rate reserve, and the zones set in intervals.icu), each with the inputs it used and whether those were measured or typed in. Only available when the athlete chose to share heart and recovery data.

list_sessions

ChatGPT
The athlete's recorded training sessions, newest first: date, sport, duration, distance, pace and climb. Training load and heart rate are included only when the athlete shared heart and recovery data, and are null otherwise. Covers up to the last 90 days. Use session_id with get_session for one session in full.

plan_hyrox_pacing

ChatGPT
Works a HYROX goal time backwards for a division: the run pace per kilometre it needs, the time available for the stations and Roxzone, every lap in race order with the clock after each station, and the 10K time that running pace corresponds to. When the athlete has a saved HYROX race, the goal is that race scaled, so running, stations and Roxzone all move. Needs no training data.

predict_hyrox_time

ChatGPT
Predicts a HYROX finish time for a division from running ability: either a recent race result (distance and time) or the pace per kilometre the athlete would run inside the race. When the athlete has a saved HYROX race, its stations and Roxzone set theirs, and with no running input its run pace is used. Returns the total, the split between running, stations and Roxzone, and every lap in race order with the clock after each station. Needs no training data.

predict_race_times

ChatGPT
From one running result, predicts the 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon by two standard methods (Riegel and Daniels), with the pace for each. Needs no training data.
