Overview

ktix saves ideas you share in ChatGPT to your ktix account. When you save an idea, ktix returns a short starter plan: what it is, who it might be for, three possible first steps, and one open question. ktix then looks up similar products on the web in the background; ask about the idea later to see what it found, with source links. You can also plan a small test of an idea, record how the test went, and set each idea's status (exploring, trying, done, parked or dropped). Ask ktix to brainstorm to get a short menu of brainstorming templates. You can delete your ktix account and all saved ideas with the delete tool. Plans and research are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong.

Permanently deletes the user's ktix account and everything in it (ideas, plans, research, projects) and disconnects every assistant. Without confirm: true it deletes nothing and returns what would be deleted; deletion requires confirm: true plus the account's ktix email.

plan_a_test

Plans one tiny, cheap test of the riskiest assumption behind one of the user's saved ideas (doable within a week) and stores it on the idea. Returns the already-planned test if there is one; fresh: true plans a different test.

record_test_result

Saves how the user's small test of an idea went: outcome (passed, failed, mixed, changed_my_mind, didnt_run) plus optional notes on what they learned and observed, in their own words. Works for tests the user planned themselves too. Does not change the idea status.

update_idea_status

Sets the status of one of the user's saved ideas: exploring, trying, done, parked, or dropped, with an optional one-line note (why it was dropped, what happened). The idea is found by a few words or by its ideaId. If several ideas match, returns a list to pick from.
