by LiftTrack, LLC

Overview

LiftTrack is a strength training app for Garmin users that lets you build custom workouts on your phone, sync them to your Garmin watch, and track your progress over time. It's purpose-built for weightlifters — with features like an unlimited exercise library, superset support, rest timers, RPE logging, warmup calculators, and AI-powered workout creation. If you don't have the app yet, download LiftTrack on iOS or Android at lifttrackapp.com. Once connected, ChatGPT can access your real workout templates and completed sessions, so you stay in one chat while your data does the work. Goals you can accomplish Plan your week — Ask "What did I do last week?" or "What's in my Push template?" and get answers from your actual workouts and templates so ChatGPT can suggest what to do next. Stay on program — Have ChatGPT remind you what's in a given workout, what weight and sets you did last time, or what you're supposed to do today. Review and adjust — Ask for summaries by week or month ("How many sessions did I do?" "How did my squat progress?") and use that to adjust volume or intensity.
