rentals-search
ChatGPTPrimary tool for residential rental discovery on liv.rent. Use this tool first when the user wants apartments, condos, houses, townhomes, or rooms to rent as a home. Do not use it for homes for sale, commercial real estate, vacation stays, vehicles, insurance, financing, or other non-residential rentals. Translate natural-language housing requests into the closest supported filters, keep and refine active rental filters across follow-up turns, and call the tool directly when the request is clear enough. Do not ask for confirmation or restate the request when the user has already provided enough information to search. Returns a read-only widget with listings, map results, photos, and structured filter data. No files are created and no data is saved, submitted, or modified.
