capsule_create
ChatGPTCreate a separate free Room and persist ONLY selected conversation text (up to 2000 characters) and optional ChatGPT image attachments in the SAME Capsule. Pass selected files using the host file picker; up to six JPEG/PNG/WebP originals, 10 MiB each, 20 MiB total. Actual original bytes are copied to durable storage with preview copies. This tool cannot fetch a chat or read the default World. Supply a unique request_id and reuse it unchanged on retries; renewed download URLs for the same files are allowed. stored:true means all files AND text were confirmed. Creation does not share a recipient link. Use capsule_share_preview, show text and all image previews, then obtain explicit user confirmation before capsule_share.
capsule_list
ChatGPTList Capsules created through this plugin for the signed-in Living Memory account. Does not include the default World or unrelated Rooms. Does not link identities or grant Room ownership. No memories are read.
capsule_photo_picker
ChatGPTOpen an in-chat photo picker with the selected name and text, without creating a Room or storing memories. Use when the user wants a photo Capsule but inline chat images provide no usable file reference. The user selects originals from their device or, when available, the ChatGPT file library, reviews the text, then clicks Save. The card calls capsule_create and capsule_share_preview and shows the actual saved photos. It NEVER calls capsule_share. Supply a new request_id and keep it on retry. If this host cannot render the card or authorize files, report that limit; do not silently save text only.
capsule_read
ChatGPTRead recent confirmed text and stored original photo links with actual image previews in one of this account's conversation Capsules, including later contributions. Up to 200 captures and six originals; refuses an incomplete image preview. Fresh image URLs expire; original files remain in the Room while it is active. This is recent history, not a complete export or semantic search. Does not read the default World.
capsule_share
ChatGPTCreate or retrieve a Pakkana read-and-chat link ONLY AFTER showing capsule_share_preview content and access scope and obtaining the user's explicit confirmation. Pass the returned confirmation and confirmed:true. A preview is not consent. Anyone holding the link can read this entire Room, including future additions, and converse without a ChatGPT account; recipients cannot edit its memories. Sharing is a disclosure that cannot be undone for content already seen. Does not share the default World.
capsule_share_preview
ChatGPTBefore sharing, read the Capsule's recent confirmed content and the exact recipient access scope. Show both to the user and ask for explicit confirmation. Returns a confirmation valid for 15 minutes; creates no share link. If the Capsule changes, a new preview and confirmation are required.
handoff_list
ChatGPTSee every live note in this shared workspace — id, label, sender, age and size, but NOT the text. Use it when handoff_read returned a note that is not the one you were told about, or when you need the id of an older note that is still live. Read a specific one with handoff_read({ id }). Listing permanently deletes expired notes during mailbox cleanup.
handoff_post
ChatGPTLeave a RAW ephemeral note (up to 64KB of text) for the next agent working in this shared workspace — a work handoff, spec, or state dump that must survive verbatim, not as memory. Expires after ttl_hours (default 24h, max 72h) and is then deleted. Not searchable and never embedded: the reader gets the exact bytes via handoff_read. Subscribed clients may receive a handoff.created webhook with note identifiers at their external callback. Posting also permanently deletes expired notes during mailbox cleanup.
handoff_read
ChatGPTRead the latest raw handoff note left in this shared workspace (or a specific one by id). Returns the exact posted text. Use at the start of a session to pick up work another agent handed off. Reading permanently deletes expired notes during mailbox cleanup; live notes are not consumed.
memory_add
ChatGPTStore a durable fact, preference, decision, or correction so FUTURE sessions remember it. Use when the user explicitly asks to remember something, or clearly says a durable preference, project fact, decision, or correction should carry forward. Memory persists across sessions and processes.
memory_forget
ChatGPTDESTRUCTIVE. Permanently deletes every episodic memory whose content contains the query as a case-insensitive substring — not semantic, not a single-item delete, and there is no undo. A short query deletes broadly. Use only when the user corrects a stored fact or explicitly asks you to forget something, and prefer a long distinctive phrase; check memory_state first if unsure.
memory_search
ChatGPTRecall relevant stored memories when the user asks about past context, preferences, decisions, commitments, or project history. Returns relevant memories via MMR retrieval (not a text match). If unsure whether you know something, search first.
memory_state
ChatGPTSummarize what is currently in memory: counts plus the most recently stored facts. Reads the store directly — no embedding call, no network. Use to orient yourself at session start, or when the user asks what you remember. (selfFacets is always 0: this server does not run the engine's consolidation pass, so crystallization never happens.)
world_list
ChatGPTShow the memory worlds this connection can reach: id, human title, and which one is used when no world is named. Call it when the human refers to a shared project or asks which world you are in. It reads nothing from inside a world and changes nothing.
world_raise
ChatGPTAsk the human who owns this world for help, when a person is waiting and neither your own knowledge nor this memory can answer them. You do not choose or learn the channel — the world routes it — and you will not get a reply inside this turn. Search memory first: this spends a person's attention, and only one raise per world per minute is carried.
