Overview
LoadSignal is track and trace software for freight brokers and carriers. It follows every load from pickup to delivery with driver app, ELD and tracking-link positions, ETAs and exceptions, and handles the check calls and customer updates a dispatcher would otherwise make by phone. With the LoadSignal connector, a dispatcher can ask Claude about their own company's loads: Which loads are late or at risk, and why Where a truck was last seen and how long ago A load's stops, appointment times, ETA and status Open exceptions on one load or across all loads A fleet overview and the last position of every load in motion Which drivers are free on a given day Automated messages waiting for approval Driver, carrier and staff contact details, for users allowed to see them Claude can also draft a delay email to a customer. The draft is saved in LoadSignal and waits there until a person approves it. The connector cannot send messages, text drivers, dispatch, change a load or delete anything. You sign in with your LoadSignal account, and Claude sees only your company's data with your permissions. An administrator turns on AI apps for the company first under Integrations, AI apps, and can see and disconnect every connection there.
