Spend less time in your LotsMail inbox. Claude reads the mail in your LotsMail mailboxes, tells you what needs an answer, and drafts the replies. You check them and send, or let Claude send once you have turned sending on for that mailbox. Try asking: - "What came in this morning that needs a reply?" - "Find the invoice Rahul sent last month and summarise it" - "Draft a polite reply to the latest customer complaint, and keep it as a draft" - "Archive every newsletter in my inbox and star anything from customers" - "Set up sales@ so Priya and Arun both get its mail" What you get: - Never lose a customer email: full-text search across a mailbox, and whole conversations read in one go - Morning catch-up in a minute: unread counts per folder and the threads that need you - Replies ready to send: drafts in the right thread, with recipients and subject filled in - A tidy inbox: mark read, star, archive or move to trash in bulk (nothing is deleted) - Shared addresses for your team: groups like sales@ or support@ that deliver to several mailboxes, managed by owners and admins - Clear delivery status for every email Claude sends You stay in control. Sending is off until you turn it on for each mailbox, every send needs your connection's Send permission, and removing group members or deleting a group needs the Delete permission. Claude never changes your DNS, payments or team access, and everything it does shows in your LotsMail inbox.
