upload_file
ChatGPTStore a file uploaded with create_upload_url as a file of the workspace, at the root level or in a folder. Every file type is accepted, at most 200 MB; files other than raster images and videos at most 25 MB, videos at most 5 minutes. The type is detected from the bytes, the name's extension decides for ambiguous containers (docx vs zip, mp4 vs mov). Images and videos get their thumbnail and web variants within seconds to minutes in the background. Returns the stored file with its public content URL, which opens the file without sign-in.
