Overview

Prepare a PDF for printing and physical mailing through your Mail A Letter account. Get an upload link, check document readiness, choose a recipient and mailing service, and receive a quote based on your account's rates. Check your MailBank balance, browse your letters, and look up status and tracking when available. Uploading and preparing a letter do not send it or spend credit. To send, open the review link, sign in to Mail A Letter, check the PDF proof, recipient, return address, service, and price, then press Send on the website. Sending uses your prepaid MailBank balance. Requires a Mail A Letter account and a supported PDF. The plugin prepares one recipient per letter. Supported destinations, document limits, and service availability are reported by the server. Cancellation, refunds, and credit top-ups are handled through Mail A Letter's website or app. A mailed status means the letter has entered the postal stream; it does not confirm delivery.
