check_email_content
ChatGPTAnalyse an email draft the way the spam test does, without sending anything and without using a credit: spam words, links (count, HTTP vs HTTPS, shorteners, broken links), images and image/text ratio, HTML weight, attachments and empty subject. Pass the body as plain text or HTML. Returns the findings and the fixes to apply.
create_alert
ChatGPTCreate an alert: notify a Slack channel connected to the project (SLACK), a webhook URL (HOOK_URL) or both (ALL) when one of the given events happens. Call list_alerts first for the event names and the Slack channels available.
create_spam_test
ChatGPTStart a new spam test. Consumes one spam test credit. Returns the seed mailboxes to send the test email to and the identifier to include in the message body; MailReach does not send the email itself. Then poll get_spam_test with the returned public_id.
create_tag
ChatGPTCreate a tag on the project. Tags group mailboxes (a client, a team, a domain...) and can filter list_accounts and get_project_stats. Attach it to mailboxes with tag_account.
delete_alert
ChatGPTDelete an alert of the project. To silence it temporarily, use update_alert with active=false instead.
delete_tag
ChatGPTDelete a tag of the project. The tag is detached from every mailbox it was on; the mailboxes themselves are not changed.
get_account
ChatGPTFull deliverability picture of one connected mailbox: settings, reputation score history (last 30 points), daily sending/inbox/spam stats for the last 14 days, open alerts, and the DNS health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) of its domain. Identify the account by id or by email address.
get_autofix
ChatGPTStatus and result of the autofix of a spam test: running, held (waiting for the sender window; run_autofix_now skips it), paused (waiting for the user to decide on more probes; skip_autofix_remaining_tests concludes with what was measured), completed with a diagnosis, or errored. Includes the reviewed rewrite of the email once available.
get_import_task
ChatGPTProgress of a background mailbox import started by import_workspace_accounts: percentage done and the per-address errors so far.
get_mailbox_connect_link
ChatGPTReturns the MailReach dashboard link where the user connects a new mailbox themselves. Use it for a single Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox that signs in through the Microsoft consent screen, or whenever the user should enter an app password on that page rather than in the conversation. When connect_account is listed, it connects Google Workspace, Outlook (app password) and IMAP/SMTP mailboxes directly, and the email workspace tools batch-connect a whole tenant.
get_project
ChatGPTOverview of the MailReach project this connection is authorized for: name, seats, remaining credits, number of connected mailboxes, and the permissions this connection has.
get_project_stats
ChatGPTAggregated daily deliverability statistics across the project (messages sent, landed in inbox, in spam, in categories, missing) with an overall inbox rate. Optionally restricted to mailboxes on given domains, carrying a tag, or by recipient provider. Consolidated data ends 2 days ago.
get_spam_test
ChatGPTFull result of one spam test: inbox placement per seed mailbox, score, blacklists, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and content analysis. Poll it after sending the test email until completed is true.
import_workspace_accounts
ChatGPTBatch-connect mailboxes through an email workspace (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). Up to 4 addresses are connected right away and per-address errors are returned; more run in the background and a task_id is returned to poll with get_import_task. Each connected mailbox uses a warming seat unless spamchecker_only is true.
list_accounts
ChatGPTList the email accounts (mailboxes) connected to the project, with their reputation score, status and warming settings. Paginated; filter by search term, tag, status or maximum score.
list_alerts
ChatGPTThe alerts configured on the project (Slack channel and/or webhook notified when a mailbox gets disconnected, its reputation drops, an automated spam test completes...), with the events that can be subscribed and the Slack channels connected to the project.
list_email_workspaces
ChatGPTList the email workspaces of the project: the Google Workspace (domain-wide delegation) or Microsoft 365 / Outlook (app registration) credentials used to batch-connect mailboxes. Use import_workspace_accounts to connect mailboxes through one of them.
list_notifications
ChatGPTOpen alerts on the project: disconnected mailboxes, reputation drops, missing emails, expiring domains, and so on. Newest first. Optionally filtered to one account or one event type.
list_spam_tests
ChatGPTList the spam tests run on the project, newest first, 10 per page. Each item carries its public_id (for get_spam_test), subject, sender, score and completion state.
list_tags
ChatGPTTags defined on the project (used to group mailboxes), with the average score of the tagged mailboxes.
pause_account
ChatGPTPause warming on one mailbox: it stops sending and receiving warming conversations but stays connected to MailReach and keeps its history. Use resume_account to start again.
reconnect_account
ChatGPTAsk MailReach to try reconnecting a mailbox whose status is 'disconnected' (re-tests its app password / IMAP-SMTP credentials, or refreshes its Microsoft token). Only a disconnected mailbox can be reconnected: a paused one needs resume_account, an active one needs nothing. The attempt runs in the background; check get_account a few minutes later. If it keeps failing, the user must reconnect it from the dashboard (see get_mailbox_connect_link).
remove_account
ChatGPTDisconnect a mailbox from MailReach for good: warming and spam tests stop, its seat is released and its history is no longer shown. This cannot be undone; the mailbox has to be connected again from the dashboard to come back. Requires confirm=true — ask the user before calling it.
rename_tag
ChatGPTRename a tag of the project. The mailboxes keep the tag under its new name.
resume_account
ChatGPTResume warming on a mailbox that was paused (status 'paused'). A 'disconnected' mailbox cannot be resumed: MailReach lost access to it, use reconnect_account or send the user to the dashboard.
run_autofix_now
ChatGPTStart a held autofix immediately instead of waiting out the sender window (the pause that protects the mailbox after a sending burst).
skip_autofix_remaining_tests
ChatGPTConclude a paused autofix with what has been measured so far instead of running the remaining probes. Confirm with the user first: the remaining probes cannot be run afterwards.
start_autofix
ChatGPTStart an autofix on a spam test that landed in spam: MailReach sends probe variants of the email from the same mailbox to find what causes the placement (wording, HTML, links...) and, when it can, proposes a rewrite. Free: it consumes no spam test credit. Takes a while; poll get_autofix. A test older than 12 hours is accepted: MailReach first sends the original email again to check its current placement, and only goes on when the spam placement reproduces. Refused when the mailbox is not warmed enough, the test content is empty or its authentication fails.
tag_account
ChatGPTAttach a tag to a mailbox. The tag must exist (create_tag). Identify the mailbox by id or email and the tag by id or name.
untag_account
ChatGPTDetach a tag from a mailbox. The tag itself is kept.
update_account_settings
ChatGPTChange the settings of one connected mailbox: sender name, email signature, description, time zone, warming ramp-up (daily target and increase), maximum parallel warming conversations, and autopilot (MailReach picks the warming recipe). Only the fields you pass are changed; the values they replace are not kept, so confirm the change with the user first. Identify the account by id or email.
update_alert
ChatGPTChange an alert: enable or disable it, change its events, its channel, its Slack channel or webhook URL. Only the given fields change; events replace the previous list, and the replaced values are not kept, so confirm the change with the user first.
