Overview
Map Metra is construction estimating software with aerial and plan takeoff built in, for builders, estimators, civil contractors and trades. Connect it to Claude and run a job end to end: aerial measurement, takeoff on the drawings, bill of quantities, WBS, estimate, programme and tender. Paste a link to your project documents and Claude does the rest: plans imported and calibrated, quantities measured, the BOQ built and priced, the programme laid out, the tender drafted. What comes back is a proposal in your hands. Every item is editable and viewable in your account at mapmetra.com, drawn on the plan where you can check, correct and approve it. Hours of project setup, takeoff and bill preparation done in minutes. Map Metra ships with a library of rates and resources, and you can build your own. Point Claude at your rates, your resources and your tender template and it prices and writes to them, so the quote comes out already in your format. Example requests: "Create a project for 12 Smith St, Redfern and import the plans from this link. "On CD102, measure the Bathroom 2 floor and wall tiling and price tile supply and labour as separate lines from my rates." "Add an exclusions section to the tender and change the validity to 60 days."
