Overview
MappaIQ is a mapping workspace for commercial real estate and land brokers. It turns the data brokers already have (listings, sale and lease comps, prospect lists, CoStar or LoopNet exports, any Excel or CSV) into live maps they can share with clients. The MappaIQ connector gives Claude the same access the broker has in the app: Search and analyze comps on your maps by location, price, size, date or any custom field, with summary statistics. Add, update, flag and delete pins, draw zones, and import a spreadsheet as a new layer. Organize maps, layers and folders, and set callouts, logos and custom fields. Get a live share link for each pin or layer that clients open on any device without an account. Keep your public listings current: find listings that need confirming, update price or status, add new ones, or close sold ones. Search the public MappaIQ Marketplace for listings other brokers have published, and send an inquiry to the listing broker. Generate an Excel, CSV or PDF export, or a broker opinion of value (BOV) draft from your comps. Sign in with your MappaIQ account. The free plan includes the connector. Claude asks before running tools that change or publish data.
