Connect it and Claude can read your steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, meals, strength sets, symptoms and mood. With this data, you can receive personalized feedback in order for you to meet your goals. It can even log meals, water, weight, workouts, sleep, symptoms and mood for you, straight into Marrow Health in real time. Requires the Marrow app and Marrow Pro.
