Overview
ScalePad MCP connects Claude to a ScalePad account using the connected user’s existing authorization. Search and retrieve clients, contacts, hardware and SaaS assets, contracts, opportunities, sites, service tickets, account members, integration configurations, and product catalog records. When the account has access to other ScalePad products, corresponding Lifecycle Manager, ControlMap, Quoter, and Backup Radar tools may also be available. Tools and returned data follow the connected user’s ScalePad permissions. Some enabled tools can create, update, or delete supported records.
