Overview
Meminto Stories connects Claude to your own Meminto account, so you can work on your memory books, family and travel books, blank books and other Meminto projects in conversation. Claude can list the books you can access and their progress, read the whole outline or a single section, search what has been written, suggest an unanswered prompt and help you write in your own words. Existing text is never overwritten silently: a rewrite is first stored as a preview with a diff and is saved only after you approve that exact preview. The replaced text is kept as a version you can restore. You can also add and arrange chapters and questions, caption, reorder or move photos, review guest contributions, manage collaborator roles, keep private working notes outside the printed book, and check print readiness with technical blockers, warnings and optional improvements. When enabled, a manuscript (DOCX, UTF-8 TXT/Markdown or digital PDF) can be imported through a private upload link: you review the complete converted plan and approve before new chapters are appended to an existing book. Sign-in uses Meminto's own OAuth page; your password is never shared with Claude. Access is limited to the books your Meminto role permits. The connector cannot delete a whole book, change a book template, place print orders or take payments.
