Overview
MoDineX is a restaurant operating system for the register, kitchen, online ordering, inventory and finance. This plugin lets restaurant owners and managers ask ChatGPT about their own MoDineX data in plain language. What you can ask: - Sales: totals, refunds and averages for a period, split by day, hour, weekday, payment method, menu item or category. Best and weakest sellers, peak hours, trends. - Menu: search items and prices, and prepare a change to a name, description or price as a private draft. Nothing changes until you approve it inside MoDineX. - Inventory: stock levels, items that are low or out, daily use, days left and a suggested supplier. - Supplier invoices: new invoices waiting for review, confirmed totals and spend per supplier. - VAT overview: sales VAT by rate and VAT stated on supplier invoices. An overview, not a tax return or tax advice. - Payroll: totals of confirmed payroll runs per branch. No data about individual employees. - Online and delivery-platform orders: counts by status and provider and accepted totals. No customer data. How it works: sign in with your MoDineX account and choose the restaurant, branches and data you share. The plugin can only read what your MoDineX role allows, and every request is checked again against your current access. You can revoke the connection at any time. Limitations: read-only except for menu drafts. It does not take payments, issue refunds, file taxes or change the live menu. Figures come from the records in MoDineX, so results are only as complete as the data entered there. Requires an existing MoDineX account.

mogenix_prepare_menu_change
