book_appointment
ClaudeBooks an appointment at the business for the given customer (name, phone, e-mail) and e-mails them a confirmation. This creates a real, binding booking. If the time is no longer free, the error lists alternative free times.
Overview
nauw is the online booking system for Swiss hairdressers, beauty studios, massage and therapy practices. The nauw connector lets you find a business and book an appointment in plain language, without filling in a booking form: • Find businesses by type and place: "Find a hairdresser in Chur" • See services, durations and prices of a business • Check free times: "When does Natursalon have time next week?" • Book: name, phone number and e-mail are all that is needed – you get the usual confirmation e-mail from the business • If a time was taken in the meantime, you get the nearest free alternatives Availability is exactly what the business's own booking page shows, and the business's booking rules (notice period, booking window, manual confirmation) apply. Booking is the only write action and is marked as such, so Claude asks you before it books. No nauw account is needed. Business data is in German; times are in Swiss time (Europe/Zurich).
Tools
find_available_slots
ClaudeReturns free appointment times (Europe/Zurich). Without 'date': the days with free slots in the next 14 days. With 'date': the free start times that day, each with the staff who can take it.
get_business
ClaudeReturns a business's details and its bookable services with variants (duration in minutes, price in CHF where the business shows prices). The serviceId/variantId pairs are the inputs of find_available_slots and book_appointment.
search_businesses
ClaudeFinds bookable businesses on nauw (Swiss salons, studios and practices). Every word of the query is matched against name, description, city, postal code and service names. Business data is in German, so German terms match (e.g. 'Coiffeur', 'Massage', 'Kosmetik', 'Physiotherapie').
