Newsverum is a source-linked news publication built around data. It covers the global economy, business, finance, energy, infrastructure, climate and public affairs in Turkish and English, with Arabic, French and Spanish editions of selected stories. Every story links its primary sources, keeps its first-publication time and lists its corrections, and many carry typed figures. This connector gives Claude read-only access to the published stories at a low token cost: - latest: the newest stories, one line each (id, first publication, update, section, country, title, summary), or every story published or changed after a cursor, so Claude can follow the news by repeating one call. - brief: dates, summary, key points, figures with their bounds and basis, sources and corrections of up to 20 stories, a few lines each. - figures: typed values from story data with unit, basis, measure, geography and whether each is eligible for model fitting. - search: up to ten stories for a query in any of the five languages. - fetch: one story edition in full as Markdown. Every result names the story's canonical URL to cite. No account or setup is needed, and the tools never change anything.
