Overview
Nexus is the transportation management system Tilt Group's freight brokerages use to run their loads, from order entry and carrier coverage to tracking, documents and billing. iTracker is its live driver-tracking app. This connector lets Claude work with both. Ask about your loads in plain language: which loads pick up tomorrow without a carrier, where a truck is and whether it will make its appointment, or which shipments have critical alerts. Claude can also do the routine work for you: create a load from order details or a pasted rate confirmation, acknowledge or resolve alerts, request and compare LTL quotes, and book the one you choose. How it works: - You sign in with your own Nexus account. Every request runs as you, with your Nexus permissions, so Claude can see and change only what you could in Nexus yourself. - Reading is automatic. Before Claude creates, updates, books or resolves anything, it describes the change and waits for your confirmation. - iTracker is read-only through the connector. - Your company's Nexus administrator must turn on the MCP connection under Workspace settings → Connections before anyone in the company can connect. - Changes made through Claude are recorded in the Nexus audit trail and marked as made via an AI assistant.
