Nexwin is an Australian AI receptionist that answers your business's phone calls and website chats, books appointments into your team's calendars, and records what happened on every conversation. Connect your Nexwin account to ask about your business in plain English: see who's booked this week, find out what a caller wanted, read a call or chat transcript, check how many minutes you've used, or create, reschedule and cancel bookings for your team. Requires an existing Nexwin account. Before rescheduling or cancelling a booking, the assistant checks with you first. Once a change is made, your customers are emailed about it, as they are when you make the change in the Nexwin dashboard. Anyone can ask what Nexwin is and how to sign up without connecting an account.
