Overview
Nomora is rental management software for car, van and camper rental companies. The Nomora connector lets Claude work with your live Nomora data. Ask which cars are free for given dates, quote prices from your price list, look up bookings, customers, outstanding balances, revenue and utilization, and check maintenance and expenses. With your approval, Claude can create and change bookings, accept or decline booking requests, record payments and refunds in the ledger, create card payment links, send customer links and SMS, log expenses and maintenance, and generate documents such as rental contracts from your templates. With a mailbox connector added, Claude can answer booking inquiries using live availability and prices. Changes go through the same validation as the Nomora app: a booking for a car that is already booked is refused, and the booking history records each change with the assistant's name, for example "Tomas (via Claude)". Only organization admins can connect, and Claude only sees the one organization chosen at sign-in. Recording a payment or refund does not move money.
