Overview
Board Manager is board management software for small nonprofits. This connector lets a board coordinator work with their board in Claude, using the same account, permissions, and plan limits they have in the app. Ask Claude what needs attention this week, who hasn't responded to the next meeting, or whose terms end soon. Have it build a meeting agenda, turn rough notes into minutes, record the motions and how they were decided, and add the follow-ups as action items with owners and due dates. Keep the roster current: add members and terms, renew terms, assign officers and committee seats, and update skills. Track board candidates through your recruiting pipeline, add notes, and match candidates to the skills the board is missing. The connector deliberately can't send email or texts and can't delete anything. When Claude drafts a message, it's saved as a draft for the coordinator to review and send in Board Manager. Compliance signing status needs Board Manager's Engage plan; everything else works on every plan, including the free Starter plan.
