Overview
This is the read-only edition of Nordsynk. The full Nordsynk connector can also prepare changes in Fortnox, such as vouchers and invoices, that you approve in the browser before anything changes. Add it from https://nordsynk.se/fortnox-claude. Nordsynk connects Claude to a Fortnox company you already have access to, so you can ask about the books in plain language. What you can ask for: - Customer invoices that are unpaid or overdue, with the remaining balance per invoice. - Supplier invoices for an exact date range, with due dates, balances and paid or unpaid status. - A profit and loss summary for a period you choose. - Account balances (balance sheet) for a period you choose. - The VAT report with the amount to pay or reclaim. How it behaves: - Read-only. This connector does not create, change, send, book or pay anything. - Reports use an exact period that you state, inside one Fortnox financial year. If a period spans two years, Nordsynk says so and asks for one period per year. - Access follows your own Fortnox login, your Fortnox permissions and the Nordsynk seat for each company. You can connect more than one company and choose between them. - Answers come straight from the company's Fortnox records. The connector returns only what the question needs: invoice numbers, dates, currency, totals, balances and account balances. It does not return personal identity numbers, payroll or bank details. Requirements: a Fortnox company, and Nordsynk activated for your user in that company. Nordsynk is provided by Nordbeam AB.
