Normhyra.ai is a free calculation engine for Swedish "normhyra" (normalized rent) – the standard method for comparing apartment rents in Swedish rent negotiations and rent tribunal proceedings. Key features: • Convert actual rents to normalized values per the three established norm tables (Norm -78, -91 and -12), and back • Process entire rent rolls in one request – Swedish apartment type designations like "2 rok", "3RK" or "1 RKvr" are parsed automatically, and monthly rents are converted to yearly • Generate shareable PDF reports with per-apartment tables and summary statistics (download links valid 7 days, files auto-deleted) • Works directly in Claude for Excel – convert the rent roll you have open without exporting anything No account or authentication required.
