nuelink_create_automation
ChatGPTCreates a feed automation that keeps checking a feed and turns each new item into a post in the chosen collection. It keeps running until paused. By default (addPostsAsDraft false), imported posts are added to the collection's queue and published to its channels automatically; set addPostsAsDraft to true to save them as drafts for review instead. loadOldPosts true also imports items already in the feed, which can add many posts at once. refreshRate is in hours: 1, 6, 12, or 24. Not safe to retry blindly: if the call times out, check nuelink_list_automations before trying again.

ChatGPTCreates one post in a collection. publishMode decides what happens: DRAFT (the default) saves it without publishing; QUEUE adds it to the collection's next free time slot; SCHEDULE publishes it at scheduledAt in the brand's timezone, at least 10 minutes in the future; IMMEDIATE publishes it right away. QUEUE, SCHEDULE and IMMEDIATE post publicly to every channel in the collection, and channels can't be chosen per post, so use them only when the user clearly asks to publish. A paused collection won't publish queued posts. A caption is required unless a poll is set, and the same caption goes to every channel. Returns only the new post's id and a message; per-channel results appear later in nuelink_list_published_posts. nuelink_delete_post
ChatGPTPermanently deletes a post from Nuelink, whatever its state: draft, queued, scheduled or published. This can't be undone. Anything already published stays on the social networks; this tool doesn't remove it there. It only works if the account owner has turned on 'Allow AI to perform sensitive actions' in Settings → API; otherwise it fails with error 403. To stop a post from going out without deleting it, use nuelink_update_post with publishMode DRAFT.

nuelink_get_schedule
ChatGPTReturns a brand's weekly posting times: every queue time slot from every collection, grouped by day (MON to SUN) in the brand's timezone. Each slot shows its time, queueId, collection and whether the collection is ACTIVE or PAUSED. Use it to answer when posts go out or to find free times. It shows recurring slots only, not individually scheduled posts; use nuelink_list_brand_posts for those.
nuelink_list_automations
ChatGPTLists a brand's feed automations: RSS, YouTube, Shopify and other sources that create posts automatically. Each result shows its id, name, target collection, status, source type, feed URL, import type, whether imported posts are saved as drafts, refresh interval, run count, and last run. title and caption are the templates applied to imported posts, not the automation's name. A lastRun of 0 means it hasn't run yet.
nuelink_list_brand_posts
ChatGPTLists posts across every collection in a brand, in any state: queued, scheduled, draft or published. Use it for brand-wide questions, such as what's scheduled this week or which drafts are waiting. PENDING status includes both queued and scheduled posts; use view or postingType to distinguish them. Each post includes its effective channels: custom targeted channels when set, otherwise the collection's assigned channels. It takes the same filters as nuelink_list_posts, and collectionId narrows it to one collection. postDate is in UTC, so convert it to the brand's timezone before showing it.
nuelink_list_brands
ChatGPTLists the brands this account can access, with each brand's id, title, timezone and queueStatus. Use it to turn a brand name into the brandId that the other tools need. The brand's timezone is used for scheduledAt and for weekly time slots. When queueStatus is PAUSED, nothing publishes from that brand's queues.
nuelink_list_channels
ChatGPTLists the social accounts connected to a brand, such as an Instagram account or a LinkedIn page, with each channel's id, name, platform type and status. Use it to see what's connected or to pick channel IDs for a collection. Posts can't target channels directly: a post goes to its collection's channels. A page can come back short or empty while more pages remain, so continue to the last page.

ChatGPTLists a brand's collections. A collection is a content folder with its own channels and weekly time slots, and its posts publish to those channels. Each result includes the collection's channels, queue slots (with their ids), status, evergreen settings and post counts. Use it to find the collectionId before creating or listing posts. A PAUSED collection doesn't publish queued posts.

ChatGPTLists files in a brand's media library, with each file's id, name, type and size. Use it to find existing images or videos to attach to a post: pass the returned id unchanged in nuelink_create_post's media.

nuelink_list_published_posts
ChatGPTLists delivery results, one entry per post per channel, with the delivery status, the post's link on the platform, publish time and engagement figures (likes, comments, shares, views, saves, engagement, clicks, impressions, reach). Which figures exist depends on the platform, and they can lag behind it. The status input defaults to PUBLISHED, so failures are hidden unless you ask for them: query FAILED, RETRYING, SKIPPED and SENT separately to see every outcome. PUBLISHED: live on the platform. FAILED: publishing failed. RETRYING: failed, and Nuelink is trying again, usually within 5–15 minutes. SKIPPED: the channel doesn't support this kind of post. SENT: handed to the platform's app to finish publishing there, mainly TikTok inbox posts.
nuelink_move_posts
ChatGPTMoves up to 100 posts from one collection to another in the same brand. All or nothing: if any post isn't in the source collection, none move. After the move, the posts publish to the destination collection's channels, unless they have custom channels set in the dashboard, so their audience can change. Queued posts take the next free slot in the destination's queue; posts scheduled for a date keep that date. The destination must be active and have room under the plan's limit.
nuelink_remove_collection_channel
ChatGPTRemoves a channel from a collection. Posts that inherit the collection channel list, including already queued or scheduled posts, no longer publish to this channel. Posts with explicit channel targets may not be affected. The channel stays connected to the brand and to any other collections.
nuelink_update_automation_status
ChatGPTPauses or reactivates a feed automation. PAUSED (or INACTIVE, which does the same) stops importing new feed items; a paused automation reads back as INACTIVE. ACTIVE restarts imports, and new items are published automatically unless the automation saves them as drafts. An automation disabled by a usage limit can't be activated until the limit is resolved.
nuelink_update_collection
ChatGPTChanges a collection's title, description, status or evergreen setting. Only the fields you send change. Setting status to PAUSED stops its queued posts from publishing; ACTIVE resumes publishing. Setting maxRepublish above 0 makes published posts go out again after that many weeks. Overwritten values can't be recovered. Channels and time slots have their own tools.
nuelink_update_post
ChatGPTChanges an existing post that hasn't been published. It can replace the caption, or change when the post goes out: SCHEDULE with scheduledAt reschedules it, QUEUE puts it in the collection's queue, queuePosition moves it to the FRONT or BACK of the queue, and DRAFT takes it out of the schedule. Send at least one of caption, publishMode or queuePosition. SCHEDULE and QUEUE put the post on track to publish publicly to its channels, and a new caption replaces the old one for good. Published posts (error 409) and polls can't be changed, media and options can't be edited, and IMMEDIATE isn't accepted. Returns the updated post.
nuelink_upload_file
ChatGPTUploads a file to a brand's media library and returns its media id, to use in nuelink_create_post. Uploading doesn't publish anything. Accepts jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, mp4, mov and pdf, up to 100 MiB; PDFs can only be posted to LinkedIn, as document posts. The file is sent as base64, which adds about a third to its size, and clients may limit request size, so for large files pass a public HTTPS media URL to nuelink_create_post instead. Not safe to retry blindly: a repeated call uploads a second copy.
