Overview

OCDBees lets you work with the clients, projects, and tasks in your organization from ChatGPT. You can ask what is Pants on Fire, what is overdue, what was completed, and what you should do next. You can search clients, projects, tasks, notes, and people. Changes happen in two steps. ChatGPT shows a preview first, and nothing is saved until you confirm. You can create a project with tasks, add tasks, update a task, assign people, and add a note. An organization admin can also preview and confirm an import. The connection acts as you and only sees your organization. It returns links to files, not the files themselves. An admin must turn on LLM access before you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

list_projects

ChatGPT
List the Projects Overview shows for one Client: status Active, Hold, or Complete, with at least one Task whose Progress is not Archived. Full set, title order, no paging. An empty list means that Client exists and Overview would show no Projects. Unknown client code is an error.

list_tasks

ChatGPT
List Tasks under one Client (client_code) or one Project (project_id). At least one is required. Optional progress filter (one or more) and include_archived for Progress Archived. Without a progress filter, every Progress except Archived is returned. Pages of 100, oldest Task id first. Pass next_cursor to continue. A Client list skips archived Projects. A named Project is listed even when that Project is archived.

update_tasks_preview

ChatGPT
Preview one shared Progress, Urgency, title, or end date on a set of Tasks. Pass task_ids or a filter (client_code and/or project_id, optional progress_filter and include_archived), not both. Explicit ids may span Clients. A filter must name a Client or Project. Returns confirm_token for the Tasks that would change. No confirm token when nothing would change, or when more than 100 Tasks would change. Confirm does not pick up Tasks that match only later.
