Ognissanti Hotels

By Ognissanti SRL

Overview

Search and book rooms across the 7 Ognissanti Hotels in Florence: Palazzina Fusi, Hotel Lombardia, Hotel Arcadia, Hotel Villa Betania, L'Antica Porta, Residenza Ognissanti, and Novella's Apartment. Ask in plain language ("a quiet double near the Duomo for two nights in May") and the app returns live availability with real prices, photos, and a direct booking link from our reservation system. You can generate a personalized quotation on the spot. You can also browse Florence experiences from our partner Ciao Florence — skip-the-line Uffizi tours, Tuscan wine tastings, Vespa rentals, cooking classes, day trips to Pisa and Siena — each with a direct booking link. No login required. Booking and payment happen through our HotelInCloud reservation system, not inside the chat.

Tools

check_availability

ChatGPT

Read-only lookup of real-time room availability and prices across the 6 Ognissanti hotel properties in Florence, Italy: Palazzina Fusi, Hotel Lombardia, Hotel Arcadia (which includes the Arcadia GuestHouse sub-unit), Hotel Villa Betania, Antica Porta, and Residenza Ognissanti. Queries HotelInCloud's pricing API; does not create, modify, or delete any records. Returns rooms with photos, prices, and direct booking links. If hotelName is omitted, checks all 6 properties.

contact_reception

ChatGPT

Returns the hotel's reception contact details (hours, phone, WhatsApp, email) so the guest can reach a human. Use when the guest wants to talk to staff, or for anything you cannot answer. Read-only — it does not send anything.

create_quotation

ChatGPT

Writes a new quotation record to HotelInCloud for a specific hotel, room, and date range, and returns a guest-facing booking link with a unique crypto_id_for_guest. The HotelInCloud system persists the quotation server-side and may send the guest a confirmation email — these side effects are irreversible (the quotation cannot be deleted from ChatGPT). Use only after check_availability has returned a valid accommodationId and the guest has confirmed intent to commit to a specific room.

get_directions

ChatGPT

How to get from one place to another in/around Florence by public transport (or walking/driving). Read-only; returns step-by-step directions and a Google Maps link.

get_hotel_info

ChatGPT

Returns guest-facing facts about the Ognissanti Hotels in Florence — check-in/out times, breakfast, parking, wifi, reception hours/contact, accessibility, city tax, smoking/pets, cancellation policy, directions, address — plus general facts and what's on in Florence. Use for any question about a specific hotel or the hotels in general. If a fact is not returned here, tell the guest to ask reception rather than guessing.

get_partner_tours

ChatGPT

Read-only search of Bokun-partner tours and experiences in Florence (Uffizi, Tuscany day trips, cooking classes, Vespa rentals, wine tours, etc.). Queries Bokun's public widget search API; does not create, modify, or delete any bookings. The booking step happens later on Bokun's hosted page outside ChatGPT. Returns tours with prices and direct booking links. Optionally filter by query keyword or category.
