OneBooks is online accounting for small and mid-sized businesses, startups, sole proprietors and the self-employed. It keeps your books in double entry and handles VAT, GST and e-invoicing. This connector links your AI assistant to one OneBooks business: the one you choose when you sign in. Ask about your business, in plain words - How are we doing? Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general ledger and account balances, straight from your live ledger. - Who owes us, and whom do we owe? Receivables and payables aging, open invoices and unpaid bills. - Find any record. Search invoices, customers and suppliers, with a link to the record in OneBooks. - Tax at a glance. VAT and GST reports prepared from your real documents. - Selling online or at the till? Sales from Shopify, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Loyverse and LithosPOS are already in your books, so the answers include them. Get work done, with you in control Ask for a draft invoice, purchase bill, expense, customer or supplier payment, a transfer between cash and bank, or a new customer, supplier or item. It can also update a customer's or supplier's details, never their bank details. Every request becomes a proposal with a preview. Nothing is saved until you approve the preview and the assistant confirms it. Proposals expire after 24 hours. What it never does It does not delete, void or refund anything, and it never moves money. OneBooks records accounting entries; corrections are made in the OneBooks app, where the accounting rules are enforced. Who can use it You need a OneBooks account. Your role in the business decides what you see: viewers get read-only tools, members can draft documents, and payments and transfers are reserved for owners and admins by default. Nothing from other businesses or other users is ever visible. OneBooks is available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
