Overview
OpenRoles is a resume builder with a job-application tracker, used mostly by job seekers in India. This connector lets Claude work in your OpenRoles account, as you, within the permissions you grant when you sign in. What Claude can do: - Read your saved resumes, your application tracker (stage, whether the company replied, days waiting, follow-up nudges) and the application-form answers you have saved, such as notice period and CTC. - Log an application when you tell it you applied, and update it when you hear back, follow up or set a next step. Updates add to the application's history rather than overwrite it. - Save a resume version that Claude has written, for example one tailored to a job posting, linked to the resume it came from. OpenRoles does not fact-check uploaded resumes, so everything in one must come from you. - Rename or archive resume versions. Archiving hides a version; it never deletes it. - Save an answer for application forms, such as your notice period. - Score a resume with OpenRoles' resume score: an overall score, a six-criterion breakdown and the specific problems found. On the free plan this uses one of your monthly score runs, as in the web app. - Delete a tracked application. This cannot be undone, and Claude asks you to confirm first. What it cannot do: edit a resume in place (Claude gives you a link to the editor instead), change your plan, take payments, or create share links. You can disconnect Claude at any time under Account → Agents on openroles.in.
