Overview
Paperarchive is a document archive for invoices, contracts, insurance policies, bank statements and letters. It reads every document with OCR and AI, extracts amounts, due dates and senders, and turns them into events such as "invoice open until 15 March". With the Paperarchive connector, Claude can search your archive by content, read document details and extracted fields, look up bank statement transactions, list what is open or due, and give you a short-lived download link to the original file. If you allow it when connecting, Claude can also keep your archive tidy: mark an invoice as paid, confirm, archive or cancel an open item, and add or remove existing tags on a document. These permissions are off by default, each one is a separate checkbox, and every change follows the same rules as in the Paperarchive app. Uploading, deleting or reprocessing documents is never possible through the connector. You choose which Spaces the connector can see. Access ends immediately when you disconnect in Settings > Connections & API. Requires a Paperarchive account with Premium or an active trial.
