get_czech_law_provision_history
ChatGPTUse when a provision may have changed between the date of the facts and today. Lists the dates on which its text actually changed, with the text after each change, previous_wording_as_of and the amending act (unknown when its record is missing). A changed text does not show which wording governs earlier facts: transitional provisions are returned by get_czech_law_transitional_provisions and the earlier wording by read_czech_law_provision; heading changes count, and a provision found in no wording gives not_found.
get_czech_law_referring_provisions
ChatGPTUse when the exceptions, special rules or "obdobně" provisions that refer to a given provision are needed. Lists places that link to it in the same act and optionally in other acts in force at the date, with the referring text. Only references marked as links in the official collection are covered; a reference written in words without a link is not listed, and a provision found in no wording gives not_found.

ChatGPTUse when a provision changed or an act was repealed and it matters whether the new wording applies to earlier facts or pending proceedings. Returns the transitional provisions of an amending act for the part that changes a given act, marks points that mention a provision, and gives the effectivity provision; or lists the transitional sections of a base act. ChatGPTUse when a word, time limit, definition or mandatory rule is to be located in one act, or the absence of a term in a range of paragraphs is to be shown. Searches word stems, phrases ("30 dnů", diacritics ignored) or a prepared pattern in the whole text of one act at a date, optionally within a range of paragraphs; returns matching units with a snippet, the number of units searched and words_not_searched for words under 3 letters. No match holds only for that pattern and wording, and only that act is searched.
