ChatGPTSearch property listings on Pararius in the Netherlands, either for rent or for sale. Use this tool whenever the user asks to find, search, browse, or filter homes, apartments, rooms, or studios to rent or to buy in any Dutch city (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, etc.). Set listing_type to "for_sale" when the user wants to purchase a property, otherwise it defaults to "for_rent".
