Overview

PartnerImpact gives Claude the calculations partnership teams usually do in a spreadsheet, or skip. Ask a question with a number in it and Claude runs it on the server instead of estimating. What it covers: - Partner program maturity. An assessment across 12 domains and 48 dimensions, scored against written descriptions of each level, with a benchmark for your company stage. It ends on the one thing to fix first, because work in a later area does not hold while an earlier one is broken. - Partner health. Six red, amber or green reads on one partner, the rule that decided the result, and what is still unconfirmed. - 37 partner calculators. Pipeline targets, program ROI, business case, the rev-share you can afford, referral fees, MDF allocation, tier economics and quotas, QBR attainment, churn and concentration risk, attribution, onboarding and activation readiness, partner manager capacity, team budget, co-sell deal qualification, account mapping, and build versus partner versus buy. How it behaves: - Every result shows which inputs were yours and which were defaults, so you can see what a number rests on. - "Don't know" is accepted. Unknowns are reported as gaps, never scored as zero. - Amounts print in your currency. - It works for any partner type: referral, reseller or distributor, technology, marketplace, services and strategic alliances. No account or API key is needed. The inputs you give a calculator are sent to the server to be calculated and are not stored. Requests are rate-limited. The models come from Bart Dirksen's work on partner programs. Results are decision support, not financial or legal advice.

Tools

calculate_partner_roi

Claude
Calculate the return on a partner program: total investment, net return, ROI percentage, and the revenue needed at your gross margin to cover the function. This is a gross-profit return, not a cash payback, and it says nothing about attribution quality. If sourced and influenced cannot be separated cleanly, the gross_profit input is contested and so is the answer.

partner_calculator

Claude
Run any of the 38 PartnerImpact partner calculators: program economics (business case, rev-share affordability floor, referral fee, co-marketing ROI, alliance valuation, build vs partner vs buy), measurement (KPIs, attribution comparator, QBR attainment), risk (churn, concentration), program design (tier incentives, tier canvas, quotas, MDF allocation, activation readiness, onboarding), planning (program simulator, pipeline leak, recruitment funnel, channel mix, ecosystem coverage, capacity, team budget), co-sell (deal qualifier, account mapping), which partner motion fits, how well a partner fits an ideal partner profile (the default one or your own dimensions and weights), and what AI is worth to the partner team. Call with mode "describe" first to get the inputs, method, how to read the result and a realistic example; then mode "run" with the inputs. Show the user which inputs came from them and which are defaults.

partner_health

Claude
Score one partner's health from six red/amber/green reads using the PartnerImpact health rules: red on Production or Commitment means at risk regardless of the rest; two or more amber means trending down; a sponsor who has left or pulled headcount means amber at minimum. Omit a dimension you cannot rate rather than guessing; a green without Production and Commitment is reported as provisional.

partner_maturity_outline

Claude
Return the structure of the PartnerImpact Partner Program Maturity Assessment: 12 domains, 48 dimensions, each scored 1-10 against five written anchor bands (2 points each). Use this to interview a visitor domain by domain, then call partner_maturity_score with the 1-10 ratings collected. Request detail:'full' before interviewing: the rubric text is the interview script, not background reading. Prefer one domain per call (pass 'domain') and cover one domain per turn, offering the band descriptions as the answer choices rather than asking for a bare number. Each domain names the domain of the 7-domain Partner Operating Model it rolls up into (operating_model_domain).

partner_maturity_score

Claude
Score the PartnerImpact Partner Program Maturity Assessment from 1-10 ratings collected via partner_maturity_outline: per dimension (scores) for a full assessment, or one per domain (domain_scores) for a quick, directional one. Returns the overall score and band, every domain average banded, the stage benchmark delta when a stage is given, the three lowest dimensions each with its intervention, the sequencing gates now closed with the binding constraint (the earliest closed gate) and its operating-model domain, any failure signature that fits, and operating_model: the roll-up into the 7 domains of the Partner Operating Model. Stage benchmarks are working estimates, not measured data. Dimensions you omit are excluded from the average rather than counted as zero. Lead with the binding constraint, not the heatmap.

plan_partner_pipeline_target

Claude
Work backwards from a revenue target to the deals, opportunities, total pipeline, and partner-sourced pipeline required, given average contract value, win rate, and partner contribution target. The output is arithmetic, not a plan: it tells you the size of the ask, not whether the partner base can carry it.
