get_order_metadata
ChatGPTRead back staged and Solr-indexed billing/shipping metadata for an order. Solr is the source of truth for reports/Overview. Response includes: - import_persisted: staging row accepted (not full success by itself) - live_in_solr: indexed is present/usable for reports - index_status: not_found | pending_solr | indexed_only | synced synced / live_in_solr = fully live success. pending_solr = accepted but not yet confirmed in Solr (backfill/commit lag) — say in progress, not full success and not hard failure. Use indexed values when answering what reports show. Use after update_order_metadata or import_order_metadata_csv when the user asks to confirm a backcharge, shipping cost, or other metadata field on a specific order. Args: order_number: Store order number (e.g. 57634). channel: Optional shopify | bigcommerce | woocommerce.
get_orders_pivot_report
ChatGPTPivot Grouping: totals GROUPED BY one or more order fields (e.g. sales by account number from the shipping form fields, by channel then state). Pass fields (1-3 group-by fields, outermost first) and field_values (same length): for shipping_form_fields / customer_form_fields / custom_fields / customer_custom_attributes / order_metafields / product_metafields / options put the form/custom field or option NAME (e.g. 'Account Number'; list names with get_report_filter_options), otherwise ''. Example: fields=['shipping_form_fields'], field_values=['Account Number']. Without fields it groups by product SKU. Defaults to the last 7 days. filter_config only narrows orders and never groups.
get_orders_report
ChatGPTRetrieve an order-level sales/orders report for connected ecommerce stores. Returns revenue totals, order count, average order value (when available), and a list of individual order rows (order number, customer, totals, payment status). Use for lists of orders, recent orders, order statuses, and order-level revenue. Args: user_message: Short task-specific query used to infer filters/dates when start_date/end_date are omitted. Do not pass full chat history. start_date: Range start YYYY-MM-DD. end_date: Range end YYYY-MM-DD. rows: Max order rows to include (keep small; connectors may cap this). filter_config: Optional Solr filter_config (saved-report format). Example for a single order: order_number:"57634". Amazon FBA/FBM: fulfillment_channel_type:"FBA"|"FBM". Vs filters: is_first_order:"New"|"Returning". Customer/shipping checkout form fields: customer_form_fields:"<Field Name>:<value>" or shipping_form_fields:"<Field Name>:<value>" (one quoted string, colon-joined). These are PayHelm filters, not platform-specific; find field names via get_charts_report facets.

Do not pass full chat history. start_date: Range start YYYY-MM-DD. end_date: Range end YYYY-MM-DD. rows: Max product rows (keep small for connectors).
get_report
ChatGPTGet details of a saved report by ID or name. If several reports share the name, the result has needs_user_choice=true — ask the user which one and retry with report_id.
get_report_filter_options
ChatGPTList the filter fields available for reports, or the exact values each field has for this account. Call this BEFORE writing filter_config (create_report / update_report) or filters (create_custom_report / update_custom_report): string filter values are case-sensitive and a wrong value silently matches nothing. With no fields, returns the list of filter fields with their UI titles (search narrows it by name, title or common words, e.g. search='payout' finds payout_id and bank_ref_id 'Payout Bank Reference ID'). With fields (max 10), returns each field's values with counts; search then narrows the values by substring (e.g. fields=['bank_ref_id'], search='0381' finds the full payout reference ending in 0381); limit caps values per field (default 50, max 200). Never guess field names: an unknown field matches nothing. Form-style fields (customer_form_fields, shipping_form_fields, custom_fields, customer_custom_attributes, order_metafields, product_metafields, options) have values like '<Field Name>:<value>'; for these the response also lists the distinct field names, which is what a customOrderBases pivot uses in field_values to group by that field.

import_csv

Call action="list_destinations" to see valid destination ids, or action="describe_destination" (with destination) for a destination's required/optional fields. Pass attachment_id/attachment_ids for staged files, or csv_text directly. If preview can't auto-map columns for a destination, resupply preview with an explicit column_mapping (source CSV header -> destination field name).
import_inkfrog_listings

search_pinterest
ChatGPTQuery the Pinterest Ads API to retrieve campaigns, ad groups, ads (promoted pins), and analytics.
search_stripe
ChatGPTQuery Stripe objects. resource is required (e.g. payouts, customers, charges, invoices). Monetary fields (amount, unit_amount, total, amount_due, etc.) are returned in major currency units (USD dollars, not cents). data.amounts_in is "major_currency_units". Example: Stripe API cents 1999 → tool returns 19.99. Do not divide by 100 again. Use resource="payouts" for bank payouts (optional status=paid|pending|in_transit|canceled|failed). Use query to search customers by email, or Stripe Search syntax on searchable resources. Use customer/status/created/starting_after as supported by the Stripe list API for that resource.
search_tiktok
ChatGPTQuery the TikTok Ads API to retrieve campaigns, ad groups, ads, performance reports, ad comments, and pixels. For resource='reports', queryParams must include start_date and end_date (YYYY-MM-DD). Also pass dimensions, metrics, report_type (BASIC), and data_level matching the dimensions (campaign_id → AUCTION_CAMPAIGN, adgroup_id → AUCTION_ADGROUP, ad_id → AUCTION_AD). dimensions, metrics, and filtering should be JSON arrays. Optional page / page_size (max 1000). For resource='comments', queryParams must include ad_id (the TikTok ad to fetch comments for; adId alias accepted — mapped to search_field=AD_ID/search_value) plus start_time and end_time (YYYY-MM-DD; startTime/endTime aliases accepted). Results are paginated: pass page (default 1) and page_size (default 10, max 100) in queryParams, and re-call with an incremented page to fetch more comments. For resource='pixels', lists the advertiser's Events Manager pixels (name, code, and configured conversion events) — use it to find conversion tracking names. Optional queryParams: pixel_id, name, code, page, page_size. Timezone: TikTok buckets/filters stat_time_day, stat_time_hour, and comment start_time/end_time in the ad account's own timezone, not UTC — the response's data.accountTimezone field always states it explicitly. A bare start_date/end_date or start_time/end_time (YYYY-MM-DD) is a calendar date in that account timezone and is NOT shifted by queryParams.timezone — read accountTimezone off the response and reason in that zone yourself. Only a full datetime with a time-of-day (e.g. '2026-01-01 09:00:00') is converted: pass queryParams.timezone (an IANA name, e.g. 'America/Los_Angeles') and that instant is converted from your timezone into the account's before querying. Each comment's create_time is a UTC unix timestamp; the response always adds create_time_utc (explicit ISO-8601 UTC), plus create_time_local (in queryParams.timezone) when that param was supplied.

ChatGPTSend server-side conversion events to OpenAI Ads. Identifiers are SHA-256 hashed automatically. Use validate_only=true to dry-run.

sendgrid_get_email
ChatGPTGet one email's SendGrid activity by FULL Email Activity msg_id (contains ".filter"): status, recipient, subject, event history. Not the x_message_id from sendgrid_send_email; get the full id from sendgrid_search_emails first.
sendgrid_get_stats
ChatGPTGet SendGrid email metrics (requests, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, spam reports) for a date range. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. aggregated_by is day, week or month. Pass categories to get per-category stats.
sendgrid_get_suppressions
ChatGPTList addresses SendGrid suppressed, with the reason. type is bounces, blocks, spam_reports, invalid_emails or unsubscribes. Pass email to check a single address. start_time/end_time are Unix timestamps.
sendgrid_list_senders
ChatGPTList the verified sender identities in the merchant's SendGrid account (valid from_email values).
sendgrid_search_emails
ChatGPTLook up emails sent through SendGrid (Email Activity): subject, recipient, status, open/click counts. status filter is one of processing, delivered, not_delivered (bounced/blocked/dropped); results report a processed email's status as processed. msg_id may be the x_message_id returned by sendgrid_send_email (matched as a prefix) or a full activity msg_id. start_time/end_time are ISO 8601 UTC timestamps. custom_args filters on the custom_args set when the email was sent. query is a raw SendGrid activity query and overrides the other filters. SendGrid does not keep message bodies, and this needs SendGrid's Email Activity add-on.
sendgrid_send_email
ChatGPTSend an email through the merchant's SendGrid account. Each to recipient gets their own copy. Provide text, html and/or attachment_id (an HTML file the user attached in chat; it overrides html, so large templates need not be retyped). from_email must be a verified SendGrid sender (see sendgrid_list_senders). custom_args are stored with the message and can be searched later. The call only confirms SendGrid queued the message and returns x_message_id (a prefix of the Email Activity id, not a msg_id). To check delivery, call sendgrid_search_emails with msg_id set to that x_message_id. TWO-STEP: with confirm=false (default) nothing is sent and a preview (from, to, cc, bcc, subject, body) is returned. Show it to the user and only after they approve call again with the same parameters and confirm=true. cc/bcc get a single copy; each to recipient gets an individual copy.

wordpress_autostyle_preview
ChatGPTOne-shot style-and-review: stage CSS, then screenshot -> vision-critique -> revise the CSS in a capped server-side loop, returning the converged preview + screenshot + verdict in one call. Nothing is published automatically. Timeout budget (do not "fix" upward): papaya caps this loop at ~80s to stay under the agent->MCP ~120s ceiling, which is the tight constraint. make_payhelm_action_request's httpx timeout=180 is intentionally looser so it never trips before papaya returns its keep-best result — raising the papaya-side budget toward 120s would reintroduce the wall-clock timeout this was tuned to avoid.

Use page_on_front / front_page.id to find the homepage before fetching or editing it.
