Overview

PerfectSens helps FPS players understand and compare mouse sensitivity using the physical distance needed for a full turn: cm/360. Convert sensitivity between supported games, including Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Marvel Rivals, THE FINALS, ARC Raiders and PUBG. Keep the same physical sensitivity when changing games or mouse DPI, and compare multiple setups on one common scale. Explore 2D Canvas and 3D WebGL sensitivity finders, aiming drills and input labs. Preview a test's settings, requirements and segments before opening the interactive widget. Aim tests require a desktop mouse and Pointer Lock. If the ChatGPT view cannot allow Pointer Lock, open the test on perfectsens.com using the provided fallback and complete it there. After a real run, share its result summary for interpretation or compare two summaries from the same test. DPI is supplied by the user. Browser input and simulated 2D sensitivity have limitations; results are estimates rather than in-game or hardware measurements. PerfectSens does not automatically change game settings or mouse firmware, and no personal performance score exists until a test has been played.

Tools

analyze_result

ChatGPT
Use this when the user shares a PerfectSens result summary (schema "perfectsens.result", produced by the widget after a real run). Validates it and returns a deterministic reading: reliability, findings per measured metric, recommended cm/360 and in-game range (finders), caveats and next steps. Does not store anything.

compare_results

ChatGPT
Use this to compare two PerfectSens result summaries (older first) from runs of the same test: metric deltas, settings changes and reasons the runs may not be comparable. Read-only.

compare_settings

ChatGPT
Use this to compare 2–6 game/DPI/sensitivity setups on one physical scale (cm/360): which is faster or slower, by how much, and what the first setup equals in each other setup. Read-only calculation.

convert_sensitivity

ChatGPT
Use this to convert an in-game sensitivity to other games (or another DPI) by matching physical mouse distance per 360° turn (cm/360). Handles non-linear games (Minecraft, PUBG). Returns cm/360, inches/360, eDPI and the equivalent value per game. Read-only calculation.

list_games

ChatGPT
Use this to see which games PerfectSens supports, with their yaw (degrees per count at sensitivity 1), sensitivity range and default FOV. Read-only.

list_tests

ChatGPT
Use this to list every PerfectSens aim test (2D/3D sensitivity finders, single drills and aim labs) with what each measures, its requirements (mouse, Pointer Lock, WebGL/Canvas) and approximate duration. Read-only; it does not start a test.

open_test

ChatGPT
Use this to show the interactive PerfectSens widget in the chat: the test catalog, a specific test with the given settings ready to play, or the converter/compare view. The user plays with their own mouse; results appear in the widget and only reach the conversation if the user presses "Interpret my result". Opening does not start measuring.

prepare_test

ChatGPT
Use this to validate settings for a test and see exactly what will run (segments, target counts, durations, cm/360 search band) before opening it. Read-only; it does not start or record anything.
