PermitStack lets Claude look up U.S. building permits in plain language. Ask for permits filed or issued in a city, county or ZIP code by type of work (roofing, solar, HVAC, new homes, pools and more), read the permit history of a street address, find the contractors who pull permits in an area, and check which places PermitStack covers and how current each source is. Data comes from official city and county permit systems and open-data portals. The connector is read-only: it looks things up and never changes anything in your account. You sign in with your PermitStack account email and a one-time code; a free account works.
