Overview

Pickadate is a scheduling tool for groups. Connect it and Claude can set up a date poll, a shift roster, an RSVP or a sign-up with limited places from a single sentence, invite people from your contacts, tell you who has answered and which date works best, remind the people still missing, and confirm the date so everyone is emailed the result. For rosters, Claude can propose a fair assignment of people to dates and make it. The people you invite don't need Claude or an account: they get an email with a personal link and answer on pickadate.net. Claude works only with the events of the Pickadate account you sign in with, and asks before anything that emails people. Deleting events stays on the website, and the number of invitations and reminders sent through Claude each day is limited.
