Overview
Bring PlateLens—an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracker—into ChatGPT. Ask about the data you already log: review calories, macros, micronutrients, and ingredients; understand your estimated calorie deficit or surplus against your plan; summarize hydration and activity; follow weight changes against your goals; and review recorded glucose readings with their measurement times and provenance when you grant the separate glucose permission. The integration is read-only and cannot create, edit, or delete PlateLens data. Results reflect estimates and synced observations in your account, not diagnoses, treatment advice, or medication recommendations.

get_profile_targets
ChatGPTRead the current PlateLens goals and targets that are safe to share. Also returns the user's alcohol tracking settings. The user turns alcohol tracking on in the PlateLens app (More → Alcohol) or on the PlateLens web Alcohol page (also linked from Targets).
get_weight_trend
ChatGPTRead a bounded, photo-free and note-free weight trend.
list_glucose_readings
ChatGPTRead recorded glucose observations in mmol/L, with measurement time, diary date, source and collection provenance. Defaults to seven diary days, maximum 31; follow next_cursor for additional pages. Readings may be manually entered or synced from Health and are not real-time monitoring. A page is not a complete period summary. Do not infer diagnosis, glucose targets, collection method, meal causation or treatment from these readings.
