Overview
LedgerLens answers questions about the financial records you already keep in LedgerLens: transactions extracted from the statements and receipts you uploaded on the web, the budgets you set, and the income, bills, and balances you saved. Seven read-only tools are available. List recent transactions. Search transactions by merchant, description, date, amount, type, category, or source document. Total debit spending by category for a date range. List uploaded-document metadata and processing status. Return the earliest and latest transaction dates. Return progress on your active budgets. Calculate a dated financial picture, with one optional hypothetical purchase or income event. Access is OAuth-scoped. You approve each scope on a LedgerLens consent screen, and LedgerLens Settings shows every connected client with its scopes, connect time, and last use, alongside a Revoke control. Raw document bytes are never sent to ChatGPT, and the connection cannot upload, edit, delete, or export anything. Budget and financial-picture results are dated, show how fresh each input is, and carry the line "Recommendation, not financial advice." Available on every LedgerLens plan, including the free Starter plan.
