Overview
IncorpFlow Copilot is for authenticated CSP tenant admins. It answers product-use questions, reads only the linked tenant workspace, and can create confirmed tenant records such as backend service requests, after-payment incorporation tickets, and Quotech support tickets. It may also send confirmed emails such as selected company-file delivery, SOA reminders, and export OTPs. Copilot does not collect restricted personal documents, full personal identifiers, payment card details, health data, biometric data, SSNs, or PCI data inside ChatGPT. Required onboarding details and supporting documents are submitted through secure IncorpFlow pages under tenant-admin authority and the Quotech privacy policy.
