Overview
Trail Hits connects your bike maintenance data from Trail Hits app to your AI assistant. Ask what condition your bike is in, what service is due, and how to do it, then get walked through the job step by step using your assistant's own knowledge. Bike shops running Trail Hits Hub can also check work orders, customer history, and technician labor. Access is read-only unless you choose to let the assistant take actions, like approving one of your own estimates or adding a note to a work order.
