Ask natural questions like “Who called me yesterday?”, “Find my texts with Alex,” or “Do I have any unread voicemails?” and RingCentral Phone can retrieve the relevant information from your RingCentral account. When you are ready to follow up, it can also help send SMS messages through RingCentral. RingCentral Phone is focused on personal communication workflows, not account administration, provisioning, or team-wide system management. This beta is an early step toward bringing RingCentral communications into the AI tools people use every day, and the experience will continue to improve with feedback.
