Overview

Use sales calls, support tickets, and other customer evidence in your Zentrik workspace to compare product ideas and decide what to investigate next. Ask Claude to trace recommendations to their source evidence, prepare a decision brief, or review research Studies and their findings. When a team has chosen a direction, Claude can inspect initiatives, requirements, tasks, and delivery links. Supported write tools can update records within your Zentrik role and granted permissions. You remain responsible for product choices and approvals.
