Extract structured release items from user-provided change lists, delivery reports, commit summaries, and test results. Compare those items with user-provided release notes to identify covered, missing, and inconsistently described changes, with source evidence for review. The plugin analyzes only the text supplied in the current request. It does not access repositories, run tests, verify implementation, rewrite release notes, or publish releases.
