Splunk O11y MCP

Registers the splunk-o11y-mcp remote MCP server with Codex using a realm and access token you already have set as environment variables. Never asks for the token in chat — anything typed into chat lands in the conversation transcript, so the skill requires SPLUNK_O11Y_REALM/SPLUNK_O11Y_TOKEN to already be exported before it runs. Also available as a self-hosted marketplace plugin (codex plugin marketplace add signalfx/splunk-o11y-mcp-connect) or a standalone CLI (npx @splunk/o11y-mcp-connect connect --ide codex) for users who don't go through the plugin flow.
