Overview

Pretture ERP gives authorized teams secure ChatGPT access to backend-calculated ERP sales analytics and operational reporting. Users can summarize sales, review monthly or dimensional sales breakdowns, apply sales filters, and include or exclude returns from their connected Pretture account. Credentials are handled by the Pretture MCP backend, and the plugin does not expose raw credentials or perform payments.

Retrieve read-only sales totals or grouped sales analytics from the connected Pretture ERP. Use for sales, quantities, discounts, tax-inclusive sales, master/production costs and profits, or monthly/yearly and product/customer breakdowns. All calculations run server-side. Dates are inclusive Asia/Kolkata dates; omitted bounds include all available records on that side. Returns subtract from totals by default; include_returns=false excludes return rows. Unbilled/order and addcharge records remain included. Quarter totals use quarter start/end dates. Group results contain all matching groups, without ranking or percentage-change calculations.
