Proshort
by Proshort
Overview
Proshort sits on your sales calls and your CRM: it records and analyses customer conversations, then writes the result back against the deal — call recaps, action items, MEDDICC analysis, risks, closure likelihood, competitor intelligence and rep performance. This connector lets Claude read that, so you can ask what is actually happening in your pipeline instead of reconstructing it from memory, a CRM tab and last week's notes. What Claude can read: • Deals and pipeline — amounts, stages, owners, probabilities, dates and MEDDICC completion, the full activity timeline on a deal including the emails logged against it, and Proshort's analysis of each deal: summary, risks, closure likelihood, key people and competitors • Past calls — recordings you own or that were shared with you, with attendees, linked deals and sentiment, plus the AI summary of each one: recap, action items, pain points, questions asked, customer reactions and risks • Upcoming meetings — what is on your calendar, who is invited, and the join link • Team performance — aggregated per-rep deal counts, revenue, skill scores, meeting counts and sentiment • Filters and org chart — the stages, groups, departments and people you are permitted to filter by So you can ask "which deals are likely to close this month, and what is blocking the rest?", "what were the action items from my last three calls with Acme?", or "what is on my calendar tomorrow, and where do those deals stand?" — and because Claude can combine these, the questions worth asking are the ones that would otherwise mean opening four screens: "draft my follow-up to Acme using the pain points from yesterday's call and where the deal actually stands." Access is read-only, nothing here can change a deal or a CRM record. Each person connects their own account and sees only what they can already see in Proshort. Word-for-word call transcripts are never returned.
