Overview

Quicktion saves emails where you work: a Notion database, a Google Sheet, an Airtable table, a Linear team, a Trello board or a Google Drive folder. Connect it and ask Claude to save the email you're looking at, by destination name. Each destination keeps the setup you made at quicktion.io: which email fields go to which properties or columns, the default values that tag every save, and the AI processing that can summarize the body or pull out dates, amounts and names. A save from Claude runs through the same pipeline as a forwarded email, so the result looks like every other record in that database. What you can ask: - Save this email to my Client CRM. - File this invoice in the Invoices sheet. - Which destinations do I have? - What did I save this week? Three tools: list destinations, save email, list recent saves. Quicktion only receives the email you ask it to save and the destination you name. It never reads your inbox and never sees the rest of your conversation. Every save appears in your Quicktion activity feed, and you can disconnect Claude at any time from Settings. You need a Quicktion account with at least one destination; set that up at quicktion.io first. It works on every plan. Attachments aren't included in saves from Claude yet. For those, forward the email to your Quicktion address or use the Gmail add-on.

Tools

list_destinations

ChatGPT
Use this when the user wants to know where they can save emails with Quicktion, which forwarding address belongs to a destination, or before saving an email. Returns the user's Quicktion destinations (Notion databases, Google Sheets, Airtable tables, Linear teams, Trello boards, Google Drive folders).

list_recent_saves

ChatGPT
Use this when the user asks what they recently saved with Quicktion, whether a specific email was saved, or wants the link to a saved record. Returns the most recent saves across all destinations or for one destination.

save_email

ChatGPT
Use this when the user asks to save, file, log or send an email they are looking at into Quicktion - e.g. into their CRM, invoices sheet, tickets, or archive folder. Requires a destinationId from list_destinations. Provide the email's subject, sender, date and body as they appear; Quicktion applies the destination's field mapping, defaults and AI processing. Do not use for creating destinations or for content that is not an email.
