Your Business and Claude Connected: Getting started: you can start manually from https://app.rag-solutions.cloud/ Or ask Claude to get you started: say "Set up my Odoo from my website". Claude reads the site you name, shows you what it found (company name, country, address, VAT, logo) and, once you confirm, creates your Odoo instance. A few minutes later you get your Odoo address and admin login in the same conversation. Then work in it every day: - Sales: find deals by stage, salesperson or how long they have gone quiet, move them through the pipeline, mark them won or lost, and get pipeline reports. - Projects: create projects with stages and milestones, see what is overdue, blocked or unassigned, and reassign or close tasks. - Follow-up: schedule calls, meetings and to-dos in a colleague's Odoo inbox, and keep internal notes on the record. - Lead generation: Claude researches companies that match a lead brief you activated in Odoo and files them as leads. - Dashboards: build charts and KPIs that stay in your Odoo. - Other records: find and update contacts, products and other data in the apps your Odoo has, and run business actions such as confirming an order. - Customisation: add fields and new record types, change what a screen shows, rename fields and set default values. This configures your own database only. It never writes or installs code. Claude works as you, on your account only. Every tool is labelled as read-only or not, so Claude asks before changing or deleting anything. Your subscription is checked on every request, and payments never happen in the conversation.
