Overview

This plugin brings your RedERP company into ChatGPT so you can work with your business data in plain language instead of navigating screens. Ask who your clients are and what they owe, check a product's price and stock per warehouse, review quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and return notes, follow client payments and account statements, or get the sales KPIs of the current fiscal year. Act on it too: create clients, draft quotations, orders, delivery notes and invoices with their line items, move documents forward in their workflow, convert a quotation into an order or an invoice, and record client payments allocated to invoices. Every document comes with a download link to the same PDF RedERP prints (logo, taxes, totals in words, QR code, digital signature) that you can share with a customer in seconds. This first version covers the RedERP Sales module end to end; additional RedERP modules will be added in future versions. Everything runs with your own RedERP login and role: data stays limited to your company and branches, nothing is ever deleted, cancelled or overwritten from ChatGPT, and every PDF link expires automatically. convert_sales_document
ChatGPTCreate the next document in the sales flow from an existing one: quotation → sales_order / invoice / delivery_note; sales_order → invoice / delivery_note; delivery_note → invoice; invoice → delivery_note / credit_note; return_note → credit_note. The source document is kept and linked; the new document is returned with its PDF link.
create_client
ChatGPTCreate a new client (customer) in the company. Only
name is required. Check with list_clients first to avoid duplicates — names are unique per company.create_sales_document
ChatGPTCreate a new quotation, sales order, delivery note, invoice, credit note or return note for a client, optionally with line items. The document is created as a draft; the response includes its reference and PDF link. When location_id / ledger_id are omitted the company default is used (call get_sales_setup_options if several exist).

ChatGPTFetch the full record for a typed id returned by search (e.g.

list_clients

update_sales_document_status
ChatGPTMove a sales document forward in its workflow (e.g. quotation → sent/accepted, sales order → confirmed/shipped/delivered, delivery note → sent/confirmed/shipped, invoice → sent/approved, credit note → issued/sent, return note → received/approved/completed). Cancelling, voiding or rejecting is not available through this tool.
